Good prices and amazing service! Ordered a mattress online during the Black Friday weekend and was definitely not expecting to have it in my room within 24 hours but here we are. Matt and staff were very personable over the phone and very patient while I worked on some logistics. They even helped bring it to my room and move my old mattress.

I rarely post reviews but I am so happy to have walked-in to the Mattress Mall. After going to The Brick & Bad Boy I decided to make a third stop at Mattress Mall. I was greeted by a sales person named Matt who is very honest and knowledgeable about mattresses. he thoroughly educated me about different types of mattresses ( Something you do not see at large Retail stores such as Brick /The Bay or Bad boy). Matt was was more concerned about educating me than selling which I value the most!! He provided me with a great price and was able to deliver 2 mattresses & 4 pillows the next day!!Great store to shop at!

Believe all the rave reviews about Mattress Mall and Matt- they are true! Exceptional service, no pressure and expert advice are only a few of the positive things we have experienced buying a mattress from this family owned business. Well worth the drive from downtown Toronto. We had horrible experiences at other stores and came to Matt desperate to find the perfect mattress- not an easy task as my husband and I have very different body sizes and back/shoulder issues. Matt was extremely patient and his knowledge was instrumental in finding the right option for us- he went above and beyond to help us. Our interactions with Matt took place during the pandemic- we will never forget how accommodating he was throughout this stressful time. He is a great human being- wishing him and his family the very best.

Matt and team took outstanding care of my wife and I. We went in for a bed for our new house and **three hours later it was assembled in our house**. Matt even did what he could to make this, one of our many big purchases of late, a little easier to absorb.This family-owned business has a very well-deserved reputation and they are on top of their business. I can't even express how happy we are with the service these guys provide. My husband and I bought a mattress from Matt last year and my husband and I were both experiencing so much neck, back and shoulder pain from this bed. Matt drove all the way to us in Newmarket to take a look for himself and helped us figure out what the problem was. He has gone above and beyond to provide the best customer service one can ask for. You can trust that they have your best interest at heart and best mattress for you and your family! MATT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He gives you great pricing and deals. Everything down to the delivery was a fantastic experience. The delivery team will bring your mattresses and box springs to your designated rooms. They are very respectful of your home and follow guidelines for ensuring a safe delivery during the pandemic. They even took off their shoes while entering my home!! A personal touch was seeing Matt also coming to deliver my box spring to my home! He personally took the time to ensure that I had the proper split box spring setup for my room located in the basement!!! Superb Service and products!!! Matt is awesome guy got a sweet deal today. I’ve purchased item before from this gentleman and I’d definitely return, free delivery lowered price of mattress, free assembling inside my house of my bedroom set. Always very welcoming, let’s you look around and don’t follow you. Works everything out in detail with you. Very pleased with the service at Mattress Mall. Buying a mattress during the lockdown can be very difficult. Matt was a great help and when they did not have the mattress I ordered in stock, Matt was gracious enough to deliver us a higher end mattress at no additional charge.The delivery was same day and very quick. Had the most incredible experience today. I was in desperate need of a new bed and Matt made sure I received a mattress and box spring within my budget and was so so helpful throughout the process. My mom came here to buy a mattress for a friend from her church. They were attended to by Matt. She said that he had amazing customer service. he showed amazing patience as well as professionalism with them. He showed them around and was very understanding of their budget and showed them what was the best for them according to their price range. My mom said that he was so generous and just wouldn't stop talking about it and said that he turned her difficult day into a bright day, my mom also wanted to say God Bless you Matt. On top of the amazing customer service, the mattress came the same day and the delivery guys were terrific, they even put the bed together for her friend!. The bed was so comfortable that her friend said that she hasn't slept that well in a while. Overall, she highly recommends this store to anyone looking for a great mattress.

After visiting a few mattress stores I bought a mattress there early this summer and I would recommend them to others. At the previous mattress store I went to the sales person took me to see beds 3x my budget and I had to slink awkwardly out of the store. But the staff at Mattress Mall were lovely, I told the man what I was looking for and right away he pulled out the perfect mattress. I had it delivered the same day I bought it, and I got a great mattress and mattress cover for under $800.

I ordered a mattress from here a few days ago which arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very happy overall but I wanted to mention how wonderful the service was as well. I had decided I wanted an extra bed frame for the mattress and spoke with Matt and asked if he could deliver it to me and they did this free of charge. WOW! After getting the bed frame, I thought it was missing a piece and called back within a few hours. They offered to deliver that one item same day and when I offered to pay for the delivery this time because I felt bad, they refused to take my money. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! Satisfaction guaranteed! Please do yourself a favour and just order from them. The level of service is AMAZING and so is the price ?

The reviews don’t lie. This business is trustworthy. I did my homework on many places and Mattress Mall is #1. I originally called in and spoke with Matt. I got a good idea of the mattress I wanted. Matt was knowledgeable and gave me good pricing for my needs. After speaking to Matt a second time I went ahead and made the purchase.When they say the date and time of the delivery, they mean it!!! SO PUNCTUAL! Don’t hesitate to do buy from here, you will be getting the best deal. The best mattress store I have ever been to. Quick, fast, and efficient. I needed bed sets and mattresses that day, and I got it. 5 stars is not nearly enough to adequately rate this business. This will be our second major purchase from Mattress Mall and I still can say that I will not go anywhere worse. Customer Service is unbelievably amazing - always go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I rent out two bedrooms in my dwelling to help ends meet in my current semi-retirement. The place is filled with mostly IKEA furnishings. For the bedrooms I wanted something better than that. Something that would be good for my tenants and hold up over several years at a reasonable price. I am lucky to have found Mattress Mall and Matt is a straight shooter. Good prices for good mattresses and bedroom furniture. A few weeks ago I wanted to add something for my personal bedroom plus upgrade the tenants bedrooms as well. I went back to Matt for that and again I got what I needed for my budget. Thanks Matt!

I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Matt asked me a bunch of questions to ensure he was recommending me the right mattresses. Not once did I feel pressured or "sold." I took my time and went back and forth between 2 mattresses. He took time to explain each one. I got a great deal with same day delivery (delivered 2 hours after leaving the store). The delivery was fast easy and the guys were very nice and took out my old mattress. I would definitely recommend this store and will be coming back for my sons mattress next.

All the positive reviews about Matt and Mattress mall is true. Matt conducts himself with a lot of professionalism, and was extremely helpful. He was never pushy, and was always in a position to just guide us, and answer our questions. We told him our budget, and he showed us things a little below it, then something that was way above it (as per our request). Then he showed us a Beautyrest which was a little bit over our initial budget. Matt knew that, and was able to help us with the price. We made the purchase, and he asked us when we would like to take delivery. We’ve been sleeping on a pretty bad mattress, so jokingly we said “today”, not thinking he could do it. Not only was his guys able to deliver the mattress by 4 or 5pm, his delivery guys were friendly and quick. We didn’t think Mattress mall could’ve been better. However, 3 weeks after we made the purchase, Matt called us to follow up to see how everything was. We absolutely love our mattress. Thank you Matt for being a cut above every furniture store/sales person ever. Everyone should make their mattress purchase at Mattress mall. All the reviews are true!

Incredible experience with even better customer service. Matt was very welcoming, he made me feel at home and was able to help me find the best box springs and king mattress that worked for me. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I'm definitely happy with the result. My girl and I were also the winners of the Raptors ticket draw????. If there were more stars, I would be rating this higher!!! Today (a Friday) at 1pm we received notice that a good friend was coming home from the hospital – only if his room was on the main floor – which it wasn’t, so the plan was to have a bed moved into the living room. We needed it there in the afternoon so he could be released and able to start treatments. I had called a few places and the earliest delivery would be for Monday. Matt said that he would be able to help and get the bed delivered this afternoon. His delivery trucks were gone for the day, but because it was a family business, he would call his brother to make the delivery. He worked with me to pick out a comfortable bed (at a very competitive price), and said his brother would bring two box springs – each at a different height, and we could test out which one was the best fit. The bed was delivered, it is a great fit and our friend is on his way home. Thanks to Matt and his family business. We appreciate your amazing service and great product. Many thanks
